Clinometer + bubble level App Reviews

The app was problematic on my iPhone 4 running iOS 7.02; with 7.03 its back to working like a charm.

Tried a bunch of different Level apps and angle finders etc. this one is the most accurate and feature rich one out there. You wont be disappointed.

Very legible display. Good UI, I like the color options. And, it talks! Some time ago, I needed to set the edge of a 3D model at 30° relative to the monitor prior to 2D rendering for an isometric illustration. As the component was at a skewed angle, there was no way to instruct the program to do this. So using the app, I held my iPhone to the screen at 30° and rotated the camera view until the edge of the model was aligned with the edge of my iPhone. Viola, perfect 30° angle! Thanks again for a well designed, useful app.

Great in doing what it says, but it connects to another phone/pad to read it. Made leveling the stove a snap!

Works great, I use it for all sort of measurements and have been for years now. Is there a way to turn off the new voice function? Because I cant seem to find it. Talk about annoying...

The new clinometer icon does not say iPhone. I used to put it with all my other navigation and Geo icons, now Ive hidden the new Frankenstein icon in a folder. I wish companys would just understand this one basic principle: Apple fans love apple for their design. The companys that do well in reproducing their own programs following the example of Apple are the ones Apple users are more likely to go for, it starts with the Icon, thats the first thing a app store browsing client looks at, and that is how a company represents their first impression. And now youve ruined it.

Ive had this for 6 months and am amazed by how often I use it. It doesnt replace a machinists level but it gets you real close.

Just bought this hoping to use it for work but it wont open!

I have e-mailed them several times about this with no response. It is not a setting issue, its just wrong. I got a new phone and installed the latest version and it still reads incorrect. No customer support at all.

This beats any leveling device for your RV hands down. Just place your cell phone on a semi level surface of your RV after opening up the app, turn up the volume and let the automatic or manual leveling jacks down and a voice will inform you when your RV is level to a great degree of accuracy. No more so so bubble levels and guessing the degree. You will know to a decimal point what is just right. Compare this to what is in your RV now and you, like I, will use this app religiously from now on. Thanks for a great app product.

Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Will not open on iPhone 5s. It works on my iPad but I need it only phone for my camper!! Disappointing.

Wanna set up your music gear the same way in the studio, on stage, and in the practice space? Ive been using this since back when it really was free. Its still worth it, so if you plan to pay the two bucks for a clinometer or level, make sure it is this one.
